Pumpkin Walk Oct.21, 2011

We went to the annual pumpkin walk in North Logan last Saturday. It was a madhouse. People were everywhere and came from miles around to see it (yes I am talking about you, Kim). Evy loved it. It is pumpkin displays people have put together.

Prizes from our garden

We had a small garden this year since we're still putting our yard in. We had lots of tomatoes and Elena and I bottled some spaghetti sauce and salsa. It just takes better when you've done it yourself.


Nelson planted flowers around our garden and I took some for my kitchen.


And this little beauty is my most prized gem yet. Happy fall!

Nelson goes hunting...again

Nelson went to Wyoming Sept 18-22nd with his friend Russ to hunt. Nelson didn't have a tag but he went to help Russ. They rode on horseback into their camping spot.

Yeah for Russ. Gross I know.

They had to hike up this hill to hunt and Nelson said it was awful.
