Thanksgiving 2009

We had Thanksgiving this year at Aunt Julie's (My dad's sister) in Pleasant View. I brought sweet potatoes - yum.

Steve who brought a necessity at any family gathering: his computer to play on the whole time. We're working on getting them seperated. Also Maggie here that had plenty of helpings. Too bad for that turkey she isn't vegan anymore.

Kim and Holly. Holly turned 30 on Nov. 9th and Kim will turn 30 Nov. 27th. I like to tell Kim that the first two weeks of my life without her on this earth were the hardest 2 weeks in my life.

We went to the Macaroni Grill for my birthday that night. I was serenaded opera style the happy birthday song. I grew side burns for my birthday.

Any place that serves free chocolate cake on your birthday is a must. If I look out of it, it's because my first present for my birthday was a nasty cold. I felt awful.

Nelson and Evy. We blessed her at our ward in Sandy although we had just moved. It was our last week in the ward, yet the first time most people in our ward even met her.

Evy's dress was made by one of Nelson's mission companion's (Nate McRae) grandma. Did you get all that? The blanket was made by a ward member in Sandy. Cousin Kate let her wear her shoes from her blessing. Do I sound like a fashion show announcer?

Okay this was like a week or two before her blessing. I asked Nelson to get her dressed for church. I walked in and this is how she was. These tights are size 0-9 months. What kind of a size is that? There is a huge difference between those ages. Anyhow I thought it was hilarious and wanted to add it in here somewhere.
