Bees Game August 24, 2009

Nelson and I went to a Bees game.

They lost unfortunately

I really look like a chunk here. We coincidentally sat by a girl I went to high school with and this is one of her friend's 10 year old kid that took the picture. She had like four kids already and she's my age. Either I'm behind or some people are super fast. Very different lifestyles that's for sure.

Maggie's birthday party Aug 22, 2009

Maggie turned 33 on August 17th and we had a party at Jessica and Casey's to celebrate. Lindsey got Maggie a "bumpitt" that allowed her hair to do the Sara Palin look. Nelson really liked it and wants me to get one. As if my hair isn't big enough already.

Pretty Maggie. Is this what 33 looks like? Count me out.

Ashworth Cabin August 7-9, 2009

The Ashworths threw us a baby shower at the cabin

Nelson only posed for this picture for five seconds because he hated doing this. Really he could have just stuck out his little tummy. I forgot my makeup bag this weekend, hence my beauty.

Cami was in charge of games. For this game, Nelson and I had to choose down a list of features and personality traits we want the baby to have of ours. We each wanted the baby to have our own disposition. I also forgot socks this weekend, therefore I am wearing Nelson's.

Ben helped make homemade ice cream with the raspberries Nelson and I grew this summer. I have decided I hate picking raspberries with a huge pregnant belly. Not too comfortable.

Nursing School Friends Baby Shower Aug.7, 2009

My friend Elizabeth Hawkes threw me a baby shower at her house and invited our nursing school friends. L-R Jane, Elizabeth, Rachel, Holly, Elizabeth, Amy, Mei-lin and Kay.

Doesn't this make you want to eat the whole tower?

Holly's friend and family baby shower Aug 1, 2009

My friends, Mom and sis gave me a baby shower at Maggie's house. I got tons of fabulous stuff. Thanks guys.

Mindy, Kim and Heather

Kim's mom Pam and baby Wyatt. I still try to answer the phone when Kim calls in her Mom's signature greeting.

Sharon aka "Sis" must have been telling Stephanie an interesting story

Lindsey and Elena

Princess Holly. This tiara was a little tight because I think it was meant for a four year old, but this princess persevered through it.

Sharon, aunt Jeanne, grandma Mac, aunt Julie (whom I hope has recovered from choking on broccoli at the party) and Mindy

My Mom had to spoon feed me baby applesauce blindfolded. I've decided baby applesauce is totally watered down and just pretty much nasty.

Yes that is my eye she is trying to feed.

I'm really sick of applesauce by now.

Cousin Melissa was nice enough to drive from Idaho and spend her birthday with us.

Cousin Kimber

Didn't think I'd put this on my blog did you, cuzzy?

Mindy (whom announced her pregnancy at the shower - Yeah Mindy!) and Holly

How adorable is this? My aunt Jeanne gave me baby scrubs. I totally have to bring this to the hospital when she is born. It'll be a hit.
